Public + Product Liability Insurance

Acting for insurers on personal injury, property damage, public and product liability claims. Several years experience in-house at an insurer, managing public and product liability claims.  Experienced conducting litigation in all court jurisdictions in New South Wales and Victoria.

General Insurance Litigation

Previously employed as in-house legal counsel for a major international insurer. Experience advising insurers on policy drafting and interpretation and complex policy indemnity issues. Experienced in managing motor vehicle and property damage claims.
