Extensive experience in commercial, industrial relations and regulatory work for members of the health professions and their governing bodies, including public and private hospitals, specialist colleges including corporate governance issues for those bodies and advice in relation to restructuring, ownership, management structures and policy issues.  Also providing advice on corporatisation and privatisation of health facilities, acquisition, development and sale of health facilities and the partnership issues of individual practices.

Mergers + Acquisitions

Providing strategic advice and documentation for tenders and response to tenders including such sectors as Government sector, Insurance sector and retail sector.  Providing due diligence advice and management of the due diligence process.  Providing advice in various industries including manufacturing, finance and mining industries.

Commercial Projects

Working with medium to small businesses and large corporate and government bodies, including banks, credit unions, financial institutions, major public and private corporations and all levels of government.
